Kim Havel is an experienced attorney who strives to provide compassionate representation in a number of fields including Criminal Defense, Divorce, Custody, and Mediation.  Kim has been involved in thousands of Criminal Court cases and family law matters and has been licensed to practice law since 2003.

Kim has practiced predominantly in Medina and Uvalde counties and is very familiar with the court system and important players in that arena. More importantly, the players are aware of her. Kim was the elected County Attorney for Medina County for 12 years and provided both prosecution and civil case support to Medina County.
